BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder of StellaHP, a professional training consultancy. I’m also acting as the consulting COO of a law firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ekoes?

We primarily hired Ekoes for lead generation and conversion via paid advertising.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We began with a discovery session. Ekoes now runs Google Ads campaigns to drive my end client’s lead generation and conversion efforts. They handle all of the technical aspects of running those Google Ads. The ultimate goal of their campaigns is revenue generation.

What is the team composition?

I’ve dealt with two principals: Ekoes’s COO and account manager.

How did you come to work with Ekoes?

We undertook discovery of experts in the market and found Ekoes via Google search. We liked Ekoes’s people, their deliverables, and what they had to say in our discovery session, so we took them on for a three-month trial.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about $8,000 with Ekoes.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began our ongoing arrangement with Ekoes in May 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They know what they’re doing, and they get results. Following the three-month trial with Ekoes, we’ve opted to continue working with them.

We have systems for reporting on their results, including a performance check-in system for Google Ads and profit & loss (P&L) statements. We measure revenue, expenses, and ROI to determine net profit, expressing it in terms of dollar value and percentage margin.

How did Ekoes perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is very good — they do what they say they will do.  We communicate via Zoom and Google Meet, as they’re located in the Philippines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We find them very professional, upfront, and honest.

Are there any areas they could improve?

P&L and net profit margin are really important metrics to us, so they could add those elements to their technical reporting. I’m not saying it’s necessarily their job, but from our business perspective, those figures are just as important to consider as any Google Ads metric.

Be open and listen. Take the time to understand Google Ads and let Ekoes guide you through their expertise.
