I can't recommend EJ Software enough. 

We hired them to help us build a custom website builder that could be hosted on our website, sort of a competitor for Wix but in a very specific niche. 
They always went above and beyond on considering things like customer journey and usability in their work which was outside the scope of what we needed them to do but hugely helpful 
We first needed to provide a few templates and functions and then we gave them a few trial clients to set up. 

They have provided us something beyond what we asked which was reflected in our initial agreement where they highlighted they would happily manage scope creep. We first needed just a few pages and templates but as we onboarded clients they added to this. We now have something in place where the end user can go into our site, click "create a site" , get log in details and then be taken to a website builder where they can custom design their site and for a monthly fee we will host that and look after that for them which is awesome as its a scalable part of our business we can just focus on selling

We wanted something ready to take to market and we now pre official launch already have multiple people onboarded and have a pipeline of people really interested 
We predicted this project might take us about 2 years and we are happy and ready to go in less than 6 months

The best thing about working with Justin and Elliott is they really understand your problem and strive for a solution they do not overload you with jargon they simply tell you a realistic deadline and deliver

Definitley the ease in communication, so many other projects we find ourselves constantly needing to translate our business needs into technical deliverables but they took all this on their side. They are great for lesser established and experienced companies or people 

Are there any areas for improvement or something EJ Software could have done differently?

We wish it had been easier to find them online, more people should be raving about their services
