Egon Expert Ltd provides fractional CTO services and technology consulting for startups, scaleups, and SMEs across the United Kingdom. Founded by Rafal Stepanik, we deliver the strategic technology leadership that growing businesses need — without the overhead of a full-time C-level hire.

Our clients range from pre-Series A startups needing their first technical co-pilot to established SMEs tackling legacy system modernisation and cloud migration. We work as an embedded part of your leadership team, typically 1–3 days per week, providing the same calibre of guidance that a full-time CTO would deliver.

Core services include fractional CTO advisory, technical due diligence for investors and M&A transactions, legacy system modernisation, cloud migration strategy and execution (AWS and Azure), AI-augmented software development consulting, and engineering team building.
