Developed business continuity plan (BCP) required by Indosat Ooredoo for roll-out (massive & simultaneous) project to ensure Sisindokom management is ready to deal with risk and mitigation plan based on ISO. The project was on 3.000 device locations spread across West Java and Central Java. Edukarir team surveyed all home base locations to map the risk and its probability and impact. The expert team also formulated BCP Guideline for the project team to implement.
