We chose the main topic of the video and Ucha.se did all the rest - from writing the script to choosing an actor and booking him for the voiceovers, illustration, animation and the whole production. We received the script before the video was being produced and some example screens for approval from our side. Ucha.se are great professionals - they deliver results promptly and the quality of the production is very high.

For what projects/services did your company hire Eduboom Studio, and what were your goals?

Our platform provides services to schools, and we needed a nice How to video to guide teachers through their registration process.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

In Bulgaria, there aren't many provides that provide video services and have experience in the educational sector. Eduboom has recently launched its video service, and we jumped at the opportunity to work with them.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

The process consisted of several natural steps - discovery meeting, followed by the first draft of the script, followed by remote edits and discussions over the phone. It was followed by the first draft, followed by welcoming edits, final compilation, and product was ready. We also signed a contract about the IP.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with the project manager. We provided feedback on every step, which they validated and took care of.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We shared the video on social media and got very positive feedback. We are sharing it next week with schools to help them join the platform.

The project management style was agile, and the tools used - Google docs, Google drive and email which were suitable for the scale of the project. Communication was prompt and efficient - email and calls.

Edubook videos have their own style and are recognizable.

I'm marketing manager for one of the largest companies in the Bulgarian market of courier services and logistics.

For what projects/services did your company hire Eduboom Studio, and what were your goals?

Our project was not an easy task. We needed to create an eductaional training video on our Code of business conduct, that was comprehensive and understandable for all our employees.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were contacted by them on a different issue, but we choose them based on their well known experience and understanding of presenting complex topics in understandable language and style in video form.

We started with a meeting and we gave them the project text file, the corporative logos and our requirements. We received a storyboard at first, then a short animated video, we choose the voiceovers and handled the details as pictures, links, texts, working together all the time.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with their project manager who coordinated the process in all steps and we gave each other feedback on every stage.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the work process the video was shown and evaluated from both the HR and Marketing directors. After that the completed video has been very well received from our colleagues, they were really impressed with the end product.

Our project manager was easy to work with. She provided frequent updates and coordinated the process with competence. We communicated mostly per phone or email.

They handled the process quick and with understanding of the issue. Their dedication and creativity were instrumental in the success of the project.

Their collaboration and attention to detail made the whole process smooth. We have no complains at all.
