For the Sales AI Agent, the scope included building an intelligent system capable of engaging prospective clients, automating lead qualification, and guiding potential customers through our service offerings. Key deliverables included a conversational AI interface that could handle inbound sales inquiries, identify and prioritize high-value leads, provide personalized responses about our delivery solutions, and seamlessly hand off qualified opportunities to the human sales team. The agent was also expected to integrate with our existing CRM and business tools to ensure smooth data flow and pipeline visibility. For the Voice AI Agent, the scope covered the development of a fully functional voice-driven interaction system that allows users to engage with our platform through natural spoken language. Key deliverables included voice recognition and natural language processing capabilities, the ability to handle common customer requests such as scheduling deliveries, tracking orders, and answering service-related questions, as well as integration with our existing technology stack including its mobile apps, web portal, and API infrastructure. For the Sales AI Agent, the development resulted in a functional system capable of autonomously handling inbound sales conversations, reducing the manual workload on our human sales team. The agent demonstrated the ability to qualify leads at scale, ensuring that the sales pipeline remained active and well-organized without requiring constant human intervention. This translated into faster response times to prospective clients and a more consistent sales engagement process across all inquiries. 

For the Voice AI Agent, the completed build introduced a fully operational voice interaction layer to our platform. Additionally, investing a bit more time in detailed project roadmaps at the start of each phase would help set even sharper expectations upfront and reduce the need for mid-stream adjustments, making an already smooth collaboration run even more seamlessly.
