We engaged ECORN Agency under a signed GTM Strategy & Execution Agreement and SOW dated October 14, 2025. The scope included TikTok Shop account setup, SKU uploads, creator sourcing, affiliate management, and performance marketing support.

A $1,500 setup fee was paid upon execution. The objective was to launch a fully operational TikTok Shop for us and begin commercial activity under our brand.

While initial setup steps were taken, the TikTok Shop account was created and verified under the vendor’s legal entity rather than under our brand. As a result, we did not receive direct ownership or full operational control of the seller account.

Following a breakdown in communication and contractual disputes regarding additional payments not clearly defined in the SOW, services were suspended and the project did not progress to commercial scale. No meaningful GMV was generated.

At the time of termination, we did not receive full transition of assets or a functional TikTok Shop under its own entity control.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• TikTok Shop account was created but registered under vendor’s legal entity rather than ours.

• 1 historical order (2 items) recorded in Seller Center with $0 commercial revenue.

• No measurable GMV generated during engagement.

• No paid ad campaigns were launched under our budget control.

• No confirmed affiliate sales performance.

• No completed transition of seller account ownership to us.

• Project suspended prior to reaching commercial launch stage.

Initial communication during onboarding was responsive.

However, as the project progressed, communication became inconsistent. Requests for clarification regarding account ownership structure, data transparency, and operational control were not clearly addressed.

The TikTok Shop account was created under the vendor’s entity without prior explicit written agreement that we would not be the legal owner. This created operational and compliance concerns.

After payment disputes regarding additional invoices not clearly defined in the original SOW, services were suspended rather than collaboratively resolved.

The project did not reach stable operational status, and no structured transition plan was provided upon termination.

How scammers pretend to have partnerships with companies like Shopify, Klaviyo, and TikTok: Ecorn Ltd was liquidated in 2024, yet scammers now claim to be a registered U.S. entity under the same name—which officially does not exist. Furthermore, the New York addresses listed on their website are fake. An Clutch has then onboard. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something ECORN Agency could have done differently?

Not be a scammers. Return money.
