EcoAmmo’s purpose is to transition the world towards sustainability! They do that by offering IPD facilitation services and project management services related to green building certification and operational monitoring and reporting. They work with all rating systems including Living Building Challenge, Zero Carbon Building Framework, LEED, WELL, Fit Well, Green Globes etc.
Since 2006, EcoAmmo has successfully facilitated green building projects throughout Western Canada, including over 30% of the certified Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) projects in the Edmonton area, and to over 216 LEED certified projects across Canada.
All of the IPD projects they are facilitators on have been ahead of schedule and under budget. The most current project is $1.2 million dollars under budget 4 months ahead of schedule, all wishlist items for the client have been implemented with zero change orders.
