BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the sales director at EZ Micro Solutions, an IT outsourcing firm. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with EBC PRINTING?

We needed creative ideas and printing solutions for our marketing collateral and for the new building we moved into at the time. As a result, we hired EBC.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We met with EBC’s creative design team and collaborated with them for ideas. They put down rough concepts and came up with various scenarios. We then picked one that appealed to us the most. They also printed wallpaper for our walls and worked on our logo and color schemes. 

At present, EBC handles all of our printing and graphic design needs. We also use them for our branding, interior design, and marketing needs. 

What is the team composition?

I work with their CFO and their head of sales; they’re my main points of contact. They’re also the owners of the company. 

How did you come to work with EBC PRINTING?

I met the two owners in 2013, and we’ve been great friends since then — they’re almost like brothers to me. I’ve worked with them in various companies, so I decided to use them again for this project. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $20,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2020, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

EBC provides top-notch work. They’re not the cheapest provider out there, but they don’t settle for anything less than perfect. 

How did EBC PRINTING perform from a project management standpoint?

In terms of project management, they do an excellent job. They work within our budget and within the timeframes that they promise. We typically communicate in person; we also use Zoom, text messages, and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part of working with EBC is that I never have to worry about their quality of work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been challenging for everyone, they’ve done a good job. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You can go with EBC with high-level concepts, and they’ll take it down to the granular level and deliver what you need.
