Design the methodology to develop a documentary from scratch, about readmission of migrants to Ukraine. Design documentary type, storytelling style, script, identify interviewees, negotiate and arrange interviews, travel to selected locations in Ukraine to shoot the documentary, edit, produce original sound, finalize documentary and submit for approval of IOM and EU.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The documentary was produced as per the terms of reference. It was endorsed by IOM and the EU as requested, and used by Ukrainian government counterparts for internal training purposes (unexpected yet very appreciated outcome of the video)

The team always delivered on time each deliverable. In addition, they agreed to make all changes requested by either IOM or the counterparts even after the final deliverable was submitted. In this sense Easyliving films really fitted IOM needs as we are the type of client requiring outmost flexibility from our video production implementing partners.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The capacity to listen and understand our needs and to even help us to define our needs better. They sat with us and brainstormed till we really understood what we wanted and what better fit our purpose. They weren't just an implementing partner, but a 100% team member that helped the overall success of our project even though the video production part was only one of the deliverables. 

Easyliving films is a reliable partner able to serve a variety of clients types, from companies to public entities to charities. This is because their approach is to work with the client to identify what the client really needs. This successful approach is matched by outmost technical skills of their experienced team which uses state of the art equipment.

No, everything was above our expectations

Easylivingfilms, provided us with some great equipment, and we had a camera operator from their team. I had a great support from Easylivingfilms in color grading the project as I had some special request and they managed to do it even better I could have imagined

We collaborated with Easy Living to shoot a short film for us and they delivered : A director , a cinematographer , sound recordist and editing for us. As well as their own in-house top shelf equipment.

We have had great feedback from our finished product that we are going to expand the project further and work with EasyLiving more.

Engagement rates (likes, shares, comments) exceeded average benchmarks by 40%, and the video prompted a noticeable uptick in follower growth and inquiries about our programs. Additionally, it was shared by several partner organizations, expanding our reach to new audiences.
