Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO and founder of Mnazi Tours & Safaris. We do tour guiding and safaris for all the tourists who come to Tanzania.

What challenge were you trying to address with Easy Solution?

We wanted to promote our business online, so we hired them to build our website. We wanted the site to be informational, which makes it easy for people to see what we offer as well as our core values, contact details, and address.

Easy Solution has built our website from scratch using WordPress. They’ve also helped us implement a WhatsApp button on the site, enabling users to reach us directly. They’ve created a Google business profile for us as well.

Perhaps they can try reaching out to more areas in Tanzania; there are a good number of places here that need digital marketing services.
