I am a commercial manager, specifically oriented to e-commerce. We have more than 7 online sales channels in Argentina and we are going for many more.

We hired Easy Software to be able to centralize the management of all our electronic sales channels on a single platform. To be able from there to manage prices, stock, purchase orders, statistics and other fundamental things for the development of electronic commerce and that allows us fundamentally to save work time and be able to invest it in the design of commercial strategies to increase our sales.

After analyzing different proposals, we consider the Easy Software team the most suitable to carry out our project. From the beginning they showed a great commitment to it, and a great management capacity. Always attentive to looking for the best solution to our concerns and giving us a lot of advice and support in the incursion of the digital world in which we were totally profane.

We met many times to be able to explain our challenges and needs and based on those meetings they created our b2b platform. That continues in constant growth, incorporating new functions.

Mainly there are two people with whom we have contact, one is the one who listens to our needs and the other is the visible face of the person who develops the solutions. But we know that she is only part of the team. They have a help desk with other operators always available.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we have used this platform, we have achieved the main objective of reducing administrative and management work hours and have managed to centralize all e-commerce channels in it. We can measure sales and based on this design better strategies and improve current ones. Controlling sales is much simpler and more agile. We are really very satisfied with the results!

Project management always developed smoothly. Any issues that may have arisen were quickly resolved. The deadlines were met in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are really impressed with the support they give us at each stage of our growth. Always providing solutions tailored to our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Due to the pandemic, we had to stop holding face-to-face meetings and now it is difficult for us to resume them, which would be very good for us. But beyond this, it really is a company to recommend!

To automate and provide traceability to the planning, execution and control processes of tasks related to the production of machines for laundries and dry cleaners.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The main reason we hired them is because there was a detailed proposal on the realization of the project, good references from colleagues and closeness in the location of both companies.

After several interviews with staff from our business, they offered us to solve our need through a work methodology based on stages where each of them consisted of a new survey, validation of the interface designs and delivery of certain functionalities.

3 people worked with us. One person in charge of monitoring the project, the second person in charge of validating the design and the last person related to the platform and training of the functionalities.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were impressively able to eliminate communication errors between the production manager and the operators. Now, 100% of the tasks related to machine production are estimable and traceable in time. Our delivery estimates errors to our customers were reduced by 75%.

The administration and the follow-up of the project were with a lot of communication. We use email, whatsapp and Clickup to monitor it.

We're impressed with their ability to transform our needs into technological solutions in a medium-term project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could improve the documentation of the contracting to delimit the rights and obligations on the intellectual property of the developed code.

The company is dedicated to the manufacture of vertical displays, and freezers for the home and for businesses. I am in the position of ecommerce manager

At one point we began to market our products in different digital channels, such as marketplaces and our ecommerce, for which we found the problem that we could not maintain a real stock and in turn generating sales manually was a lot of time cost, for which in the search for a solution we met Easy Software

How did you select Easy Software and what were the deciding factors?

We selected it for the solution that they offered us to our problem and in turn other extra solutions that we added in our day to day, the easy implementation and at the same time the quality cost crossing, as well as their advice and attention. The implementation took approximately 2 weeks, with the loading of the products, integrations with marketplaces and ecommerce, giving the roles to the different positions and training for use. It was used as a cloud service technology and a web app

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In less than 2 months we already saw amazing results, since in turn we were able to integrate with our billing system and thus automate the data entry and invoice, for which today we dedicate ourselves purely and exclusively to data analysis for continuous improvement .

The entire project was managed in the best way and we continue to work together for continuous improvements, the communication tools work exceptionally and are fluid, in turn the delivery was made in the agreed times

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The warmth, simplicity and humility that both Agustin and Cristian handled from day zero, They are brilliant people and dedicated to the project and in giving us the best attention and advice.  Always listening to us for the implementation of continuous improvements, it is a pleasure to work together with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I honestly did not see that it could have been done otherwise, all the onboarding was excellent, and the after-sales service is magnificent.
