Thanks to Easy Reception AI’s system, we’ve gotten new opportunities, a lot of which have turned into paying clients. We’ve been able to put the newfound time into actually servicing our clients. After Easy Reception AI’s incorporation with us, we’ve been able to take 4–5 new clients each week on average. We’ve also saved 2–3 hours per day in handling the phone lines.
Moreover, most of our clients who call in don’t realize they’re speaking to a virtual receptionist. Many that do find it very amusing. Although we haven’t had any major complaints, we take feedback seriously and implement it along with the Easy Reception AI team.
