Dymaxel as our ERP Partner was tasked to scope the project and determine our needs for ERP implementation and adoption for all our business processes across the entire value chain.

This included required Odoo modules and customisations for Purchasing (Raw Materials), Inventory Management (Raw Materials & Finished Goods), Manufacturing, Order Fulfilment, Retail Sales, e-Commerce Sales (Integration with Shopify), and Accounting/Finance.

This requires a lot of work to ensure controls are being followed to protect data integretity and accuracy.

At first there was a disconnect, but with time they had learned and begun to appreciate the complexities of our project and had refine the project management approach to provide better visibility for us.

This gave us more confidence in ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the progress that is being made to address issues and concerns for ERP. They are very understanding for client's concerns and issues and have good work ethic to deliver good services.

Their communications and ability to scope requirements are quite good.

The people we are engaged with for the project have demonstrated a strong connect and empathy for our needs. They know that our success is their success and willing to work hard when required. Their patience in helping resolve complex issues is commended.

Are there any areas for improvement or something {provider_name} could have done differently?

Initially we had gotten to a bad start on the project, but with time they have strengthen their resources and project management to help manage the expectations and timelines a lot better. Dymaxel now has grown as a company and is demonstrating its professionalism.
