The project focused on launching and scaling TikTok as a primary marketing and sales channel for Sistie, moving from zero presence to a high-performing, full-funnel acquisition engine. The scope included:

1. Full-Funnel Strategy Development Designing a complete customer journey from awareness to conversion Selecting and integrating multiple TikTok ad formats Aligning campaigns with business goals (sales, leads, event traffic).

2. Creator & Content Ecosystem Buildout Recruiting and managing 200+ creators and influencers Implementing creator whitelisting via Spark Ads Developing a UGC-driven content pipeline.

3. Paid Media Execution Launching and managing campaigns across: Spark Ads Catalogue Ads Smart+ Shopping Campaigns Lead Generation Ads Traffic Campaigns Budget allocation and scaling strategies, especially during peak periods (e.g., Black Week.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered strong, measurable results that clearly demonstrate success across multiple areas of performance. During Black Week, our brand generated 1,235 conversions at a cost per acquisition of 73.11 DKK, which was 13% below the benchmark, while event campaigns drove between 1,669 and 2,363 conversions at exceptionally low CPAs of 3.67–3.73 DKK, up to 96% more efficient than average. In addition, our brand built a highly cost-effective lead generation engine, producing 1,019 leads at just 2.71 DKK per lead—an 82% improvement compared to industry standards. These results were achieved while maintaining scalability, as performance remained efficient even when budgets increased during peak periods, supported by optimized campaign structures such as CBO. The activation of more than 200 creators played a critical role, with creator-led Spark Ads and UGC-style content significantly outperforming traditional advertising formats by driving higher engagement and conversions. At the same time, the full-funnel strategy ensured that our brand captured value at every stage of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention. Ultimately, the most important outcome was the transformation of TikTok from a non-existent channel into one of our brand’s most important drivers of both revenue and brand awareness, establishing a scalable and sustainable growth engine rather than just short-term campaign success.

From the outset, a clear roadmap was established, covering full-funnel strategy development, content production, campaign launches, and scaling phases, which allowed our brand to move quickly from setup to performance. Timelines were consistently met, including critical peak periods such as Black Week, where campaigns were not only delivered on schedule but also optimized in real time to maximize results. Communication was ongoing and data-driven, with regular performance updates, testing insights, and strategic recommendations that allowed for fast decision-making.
