I’m the CEO of Clica, a digital agency specializing in paid media, advertising, SEO, SEM, branding, web development, lead generation strategies, and marketing automation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Duotach?

We needed help with a dashboard development project. We used to spend 20+ hours per week generating reports manually. We had clients without real-time visibility of their metrics and advertising investment ROI. We also had dispersed data in multiple tools, including Google Sheets, ad platforms, CRM, and e-commerce. Additionally, we had difficulty correlating advertising investment with final e-commerce sales.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Duotach developed a custom dashboard for each client with specific metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, sales, and revenue. The team also integrated the platform with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and Tiendanube APIs. They extracted data every hour for real-time metrics.Moreover, Duotach created automated weekly and monthly reports sent via email to each client with performance analysis and comparisons to the previous period. The team also built a system of automatic notifications when key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) exceeded configured thresholds, positive or negative. Finally, Duotach created an ETL that consolidated data from all sources in a centralized database, allowing historical analysis and advanced visualizations.
