I'm an AI/ML developer at a CNC manufacturing company. We provide rapid, high-precision CNC machining services in India, aiming to drastically reduce lead times and deliver parts faster than traditional local workshops.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Duelz Lab LLP to accomplish for your business?

We hired Duelz Lab LLP to develop a two-sided web application for our CNC parts manufacturing company. The app needed to have a customer-facing landing page and a self-service portal where clients could upload part files and receive quotes within 24 hours. We also needed a separate admin portal with role-based hierarchy access for our internal team to manage and respond to quote requests efficiently.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Duelz Lab LLP designed and developed a full-stack two-sided web application. The project consisted of three core components: (1) a customer-facing marketing and landing page to attract and onboard new clients; (2) a customer portal enabling users to upload part files or drawings and submit quote requests, with a guaranteed under-24-hour response time; and (3) an admin portal featuring a hierarchical access control structure, allowing our internal team to manage incoming quote requests, assign roles, and track order status. Duelz Lab LLP also built custom business logic and workflows according to our specifications.

We're fully satisfied with the delivered product. The platform has successfully reduced the quoting-to-order conversion cycle from several months to days or weeks, significantly cutting friction in the CNC parts ordering process. The sub-24-hour quote response system was implemented and operational at launch.
