Developing and currently maintaining a Project Cost accounting and billing system for an environmental consulting firm that uses the Premier version of QuickBooks.

Developed and implemented a Project Cost accounting and billing system using QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions for an engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Southern California.

Developed and implemented a costs accounting and billing system using QuickBooks Pro version for the agriculture equipment division of a general contracting corporation.

Providing current monthly accounting and periodic CFO services using QuickBooks Online Edition for a privately owned fire protection engineering and code consulting firm that provide services to local government and business clients in throughout the state of California.

Working with senior management personnel of a nationally recognized investment management-consulting corporation, we developed a five-year strategic market focus. The results of the effort generated an estimated 200% increase in firm revenue. 

Analysis and evaluation, in accordance with GAAP, the City of Los Angeles Wastewater Program Management Division automated financial system and related manual procedures used to generate capital costs and Operations & Maintenance costs.

Regular team meetings with the City of Los Angeles Senior Engineering, and Accounting management, developed a value-based management methodology for potential cost-effective solutions to specific organizational and operational issues.
