What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nishant won a design contest we hosted more than 10 years ago. It was for a set of icons that we still use today. I never thought that we would still be working together after 10 years. The reason that I wanted to keep working with him was a mutual recognition in the iterative nature of marketing and design work. 

In business, everything is fluid and in motion and Nishant has demonstrated the ability to listen, advise, communicate, organize, strategize and manage every project we put on his plate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Dreamer Designs could have done differently?

Over a decade there are many things that Dream Designs could have done better. This is the nature of things. We do, however, see constant growth, sincere attention and will to improve and serve. So together with integrity and a joyous attitude any misgivings are easily forgiven.

Roughly 10 different designs (social media posts) in 3 different sizes and 3 different languages for every single day we give them.

They always respond very quickly, they listen to what we need. If there's any issues they fix it quite quick. We don't have a very strict deadline, but they are never late. And we quickly found a pace that works for the both of us.

The amount of designs they can create in a week is impressive.

It's hard to say, sometimes I'm blown away with the quality of the designs other times I'm less impressed. Also it could be a bit more diverse I suppose.
