What challenge were you trying to address with Drago Logistics Group?

We needed help with our import operations to Costa Rica from the US, Panama, and Mexico. We had a project with 118 containers in total.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Drago Logistics Group coordinated all our shipments and handled the entire logistics operation from the origin to the final destination, including customs and last-mile deliveries. The team provided all the shipment documents, including BLs, delivery tests, and customs clearance.

We worked together from May 2025–March 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

During the months the project lasted, all the shipments arrived on time and without extra costs. We used specific KPIs to measure the project's success, mainly focused on operational efficiency, service continuity, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.

We monitored that the deliveries were made according to the agreed times and the operational windows required by the client. We also evaluated the improvement in transit, dispatch, storage, and distribution times, seeking to optimize each stage of the logistics chain.

Moreover, we tracked inventory control, product availability, operational reports, and traceability of the merchandise during the process. We also measured the impact on costs related to storage, delays, maneuvers, transportation, and administrative processes, seeking to generate efficiencies for the client.

Finally, we maintained constant communication with the client through reports, operational follow-up, and personalized attention, which allowed us to ensure that the project's expectations were met.

In summary, these indicators allowed us to confirm that the project was successful, not only because of the correct operational execution but also because of the improvement in control, visibility, response times, and overall efficiency of the logistics chain.

Among the most relevant KPIs, we maintained a compliance level close to 95%–98% within the agreed operational windows. In inventory management and storage operations, control was maintained at levels above 99%, thanks to operational monitoring, reports, and traceability of the merchandise.

Additionally, through better logistics coordination, dispatch processes, and distribution planning, we achieved approximate reductions of 2–4 days in certain operational flows. Depending on the type of shipment and operation, we identified approximate savings of 5%–10%, mainly in costs associated with storage, delays, maneuvers, consolidation, and transport efficiency.

We maintained constant follow-up through operational reports, load traceability, and direct communication with the client, which allowed us to improve response times and overall service satisfaction.

How did Drago Logistics Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Drago Logistics Group's project management was very professional and of the highest quality. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by how organized Drago Logistics Group was.

There's always room for improvement, but Drago Logistics Group was very good.

The service they provided was port-to-port shipment. Unfortunately, no shipment was made.

We contacted them in June 2020. They cut off all communications with us after they received our payment.

It's been very detrimental because they did not deliver the shipment after we paid them.

How did Drago Logistics Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They weren't very responsive and the timeframe was open-ended.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There’s absolutely nothing good to say about them. I lost $10,000 and wasted a lot of time making arrangements with people who turned out to be frauds.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They must comply with something once they promise to do it.

I would advise potential customers to reconsider before working with Drago Logistics.
