We contacted them in June 2020. They cut off all communications with us after they received our payment.

It's been very detrimental because they did not deliver the shipment after we paid them.

How did Drago Logistics Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They weren't very responsive and the timeframe was open-ended.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There’s absolutely nothing good to say about them. I lost $10,000 and wasted a lot of time making arrangements with people who turned out to be frauds.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They must comply with something once they promise to do it.

I would advise potential customers to reconsider before working with Drago Logistics.
