For what projects/services did your company hire Draggital?

Our website created over 5 year ago and had become outdated. Our Development team had limited design skill so we hired this team to provide the site design for us. By doing this we were hoping to increase our traffic substantially by the end of the year.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we looked for a web designers in our area using freelancing Platforms. After reviewing, we chose this vendor because of their affordable price, industry experience and personal Team.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a series of discovery meeting to discuss our goals, we received designs for the main page on the site. Once we chose a theme, they finalized the design and provided feedback through InVision.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we worked with 5 people including a project manager, two designers and 2 Digital Marketer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

OUR Developers were able to implement their design easily. Site traffic has increased by 80%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We had both in person meeting and phone calls.Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a dealine was not going to be met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am blown away by their knowledge of web design, user experience, and optimization. We appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We ended up with a beautiful product.
