I’m a logistics officer at Anrecca SRL, a cargo and freight company. We’ve been in the industry for almost 20 years now. I handle client appointments and send necessary documents to our accountants.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’m in charge of receiving our client’s information such as their name, address, recipient details, and parcel contents. Upon receiving, I forward that information to Dover Hamilton UK Customs Agents, and they take care of the export declaration. 

In instances where our internal logistics team is busy and our drivers are all out to collect parcels, we assign their team to directly receive our clients’ information and process those on the same day. After the declaration process, they send the import and export documentation to us within two hours.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Daniel has helped us retain our customers and secure the required documents that our drivers need to pass through Brexit borders. We’ve had previous unfortunate experiences in the latter aspect because we weren’t aware of the new regulations, but Dover Hamilton UK Customs Agents has helped us overcome those challenges through their thorough and legal process.
