I’m the director of Fashion Villa Limited. We’re an online store for clothing and women’s accessories, like jewelry, purses, and more.

They created my website and digital identity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dovelp Limited designed and developed my website and is handling my social media, digital marketing, and more. They built the website on BlueCommerce.

What is the team composition?

They have 5–6 people in India and 5–6 people in the UK. These people were all part of the team.

How did you come to work with Dovelp Limited?

I found out about them from my friends and family.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in January 2021, and the project ended at the end of May of the same year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My website is amazing. It’s fast and is very user-friendly. Dovelp Limited has excellent service, excellent teams, and experienced people. Their design ideas were great. I would give them five stars. 

How did Dovelp Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email, calls, and Google Meet. The frequency of our communication depended on my requirements. Sometimes I needed to speak with them every second, sometimes weekly, and sometimes once every ten days.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I had a very bad experience with a previous vendor, but I was very impressed with Dovelp Limited. They did amazing work. My product is the most important part for me, and Dovelp Limited delivered exactly what I wanted. The design is awesome. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve done great work. I don’t think there are any points I could suggest for them to improve on. I’m not a technical person, so I don't know what they should do or shouldn’t, but they’ve satisfied me by providing a website in great condition. 

Any advice for potential customers?

I would say that there is no negative point to working with Dovelp Limited. I suggest that everybody should go with them.
