What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website revamp helped us present our growing portfolio of payment products and solutions in a clearer and more structured way. We saw an estimated 10%–15% improvement in engagement across key product pages, along with better navigation and content discoverability. The new experience also created greater consistency across product, industry, and resource pages, making the website easier to scale as we expanded our offerings.In addition to the engagement improvements, the revamp received positive feedback from internal stakeholders around the website being more intuitive, visually consistent, and easier to navigate. The clearer organization of our products and solutions also made it easier for users to understand the offering and find relevant information.From an internal perspective, the new design system and reusable components also made it easier for teams to maintain the website and build new pages consistently, which was an important outcome of the project.
