Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired them to design and develop the Meraki app, a complete learning and school management platform for our language school in Annaba, Algeria. The project covered the full cycle: needs analysis, UX/UI design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.

Key deliverables:

Learning platform: courses, lessons and interactive exercises in French and English, with student progress tracking.

Gamification: an XP system, seasons and leaderboards to keep students motivated.

School management: groups, timetables, class sessions and room organisation.

Attendance: session attendance, absences and excuses, integrated with our time-clock system.

Finance: subscriptions, payments, discounts (sibling and annual plans), outstanding dues, expenses and teacher salaries.

Parent access: parents linked to their children's accounts to follow attendance and results.

Dashboard and reports: revenue, enrolment, evaluation and engagement statistics.

Integrations: an API that connects the platform to AI tools for automated data workflows.

The result is one unified platform that replaced several scattered tools and greatly simplified our daily operations.

2,600+ students, 780+ parents and 19 teachers on the platform, with 870 active subscriptions.

150,000+ sessions and 46,000+ hours of learning since September 2025.

100+ students practising at the same time at peak, and up to 10,000 voice recordings scored in a single day.

Zero-downtime deployments while the school keeps running.

Their project management was excellent from start to finish. The team set a clear roadmap with defined milestones and kept us informed at every stage through regular updates and demos. All key deliverables arrived on time, and when we added new requirements along the way, they adapted the plan quickly and transparently.

They were very responsive to our needs. Questions and feedback were usually answered the same day, and bugs or change requests were handled promptly. They also took the time to understand how a language school actually runs, which made their suggestions practical and relevant. Honestly, there is very little we would change. Double Click Technologies met our expectations at every stage and resolved any small issues quickly. They even went beyond the project itself by providing clear documentation and video tutorials, which made it easy for our team to adopt the platform. We would simply encourage them to keep the same approach, as it clearly works.
