  We’ve had a truly great experience working with Dotbite. They are an outstanding partner and incredibly easy to collaborate with.  The workshops we conducted together were exceptionally well prepared, thoughtfully structured, and highly effective. Their team is extremely smart, strategic, and forward-thinking. You can immediately tell that you’re working with people who really understand their craft.  Most importantly, the output delivered was of very high quality and created real value for us. It helped us move forward in a meaningful way.

Success is measured by a 30–50 percent reduction in repetitive task time, increased productivity and faster delivery through AI-supported workflows, improved output quality, broad adoption across departments, and stronger employee confidence in using AI.

I was the CMO of LEAD Horizon, a medical company. We offer a patent-pending test kit and web app that enables the rapid self-collection of samples and fast delivery of PCR test results.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Dotbite?

We needed help to set up a platform for self-testing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dotbite developed a web app's frontend for users and a backend, including APIs to labs to share data. The platform has a 2FA login, a profile function, a KYC process, and a video/photo process to prove the correct test procedure. It also has automated result reporting and dashboards for customer care.

What is the team composition?

We worked with around ten people from Dotbite.

How did you come to work with Dotbite?

We found Dotbite through a referral. They seemed to be very professional and convinced us in the first meeting.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2020, and the engagement lasted until 07/2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Together with dotbite we developed a stable test platform with up to 400,000 tests performed a day and an uptime of 99.9%. We were the main supplier in the pandemic for the city of Vienna and their COVID-19 tests.

How did Dotbite perform from a project management standpoint?

Dotbite's project management has been great. They deliver on time and respond well to our needs.

Dotbite's agile way of working has been impressive.

Dotbite created a learning Plattform on the highest level. 

The Plattform is able to host documents, videos, Excercices and more. Together we can build endless more features as the structure is made to always add more or update. The Plattform is perfectly branded and also hosts employer branding campaings.
