We are an engineering company that provides finishing and decoration services to many clients, including companies and administrative offices, including homes, apartments and residential villas.

Strengthening our communication with customers through social media platforms and building the visual identity of our company and our website

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Dot Design was recommended to us by one of our friends (he is a current client of Dot Design). After the first and second interviews, we discovered that the company is distinguished from the rest of the companies that we know, including that they are very familiar with the customer’s behavior and that the cost is very impressive compared to the value we take from them

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The first and main goal was to reach the target audience and build a database The first stage was to determine after making a map of the content and a schedule for publication Choosing the platform on which we are working to promote our product, Instagram was chosen as a first step, then re-targeting through Facebook. Those two platforms and the map were chosen to suit our budget

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were assigned one account manager and three people, including developers and content makers

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were more than wonderful, and currently, I am only thinking of working with them and I encourage them to expand further for many other services.

Science and experience and they are always looking for what benefits the customer and adds

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Dealing with the chatbot system and technical support, but soon they provided several explanations and two sessions through the Zoom application to solve the questions
