For what projects/services did your company hire DOMATTERS, and what were your goals?

In Dec 2021, ZeroPoint and Techcloudpro started partnering and expanding into the China market. We started to provide cyber security, AI service to China client. And Domatters helps with our whole marketing plan from the China marketing strategy to keywords research, competitor research, translation, web localization, content marketing, SEO and more.

Our goal is to be the top cybersecurity service provider in the China market.

How did you select DOMATTERS and what were the deciding factors?

We tried to search China content marketing, China marketing agency in google, upwork,etc. And we found Domatters. The most important deciding factor is communication for me. When I need things done quickly, they can deliver task with a shorter deadline. They are a highly flexible team.

It is one stop China online marketing work. From China online marketing strategy to content marketing SEO, China customer service, China employment dispatch, sales training, etc. We start from content marketing and SEO in Baidu to test water. And we plan to do PPC and social media marketing in 2022. We just finished web development. And already have some ranking in baidu.com for our brand keyword.

There are three people who worked with me from Domatters. They are China marketing manager, Chinese copywriter and one translator.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We worked on planful training, cyber security training together. And all goes well till now. We have band keyword ranked in top of baidu.com. When we sourcing something, including employment dispatch, accounting, we get great help from Domatters team.

Our China project is managed in a good way. We have a plan, executed in schedule and checking result process. We communicated by email, wechat group, Microsoft team every week as a team.

They are a real Chinese local team. They have an insightful view of China's online market, which has impacted our company positively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Domatters adopt a proactive work strategy. In the process of marketing activities, Domatters will assist us to deal with product price positioning, analysis and suggestions on consumption habits of mainland users, and help us to maximize sales transformation
