We collect the documents from your subcontractors, vendors and tenants, and licensed P&C professionals read them against what your contracts actually require. Not a scan for expiry dates. An actual read of the endorsement forms, and where the exposure justifies it, of the policy itself by CRIS-certified specialists. When something is wrong, we go back to the third party and their broker and stay on it until it is fixed.

That distinction matters for one reason. A certificate is a summary issued for information only. It cannot show you an exclusion, and a line of text on it does not create the coverage it appears to describe. You find out which on the day a claim gets filed. Better to know now.

You choose how much of it we run. Some clients just use the platform. Most hand us the whole function and stop thinking about it.
