Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of 100 CRM. We provide custom solutions for companies, specifically by putting systems in place to help our clients scale their business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Doctor Lead Gen?

Our business had a lot of sales coming in, but we weren’t able to scale to the demands and therefore weren’t making as much profit as we could. We needed help establishing an effective sales team and fostering applicable sales processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I initially consulted with Miguel (Marketing Strategist, Doctor Lead Gen) as a friend, and he gave me a lot of information on how we could reposition and better scale ourselves. His advice included reframing ourselves as consultants instead of developers, which allows us to provide our customers a lot more value and in turn justify higher fees.

In September, we formally started working together with Miguel acting as sales coach and salesperson. He’s been doing a tremendous job of interacting with the customers and identifying exactly what they need.

What is the team composition?

Miguel has been our main point of contact, acting as a business consultant, analyst, and now salesperson. Eventually, someone else will take his place and his team’s role will expand, but currently, he’s who we interact with.

How did you come to work with Doctor Lead Gen?

I knew Miguel as a friend because we are both a part of a group that meets on a weekly basis. Through regular conversation, we exchange advice and help each other. It started as a personal relationship and our professional relationship has been excellent.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend about $5,000 a month, but Miguel’s profit is directly proportional to the revenue he gives us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in September 2018, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I began working with Doctor Lead Gen early into my company’s life. Before we started working together, we were barely making a profit and we didn’t have the funds to scale any larger. With Miguel’s coaching, advice, and services, we began growing the business.

How did Doctor Lead Gen perform from a project management standpoint?

We send emails back and forth, have zoom meetings, and meet in person quite a lot. He’s always on time. I try not to micromanage him because he has an established process that works really well. He’s an incredibly dedicated worker and will stay in the office until the job is done. I’ve had the best experience working with him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Miguel especially is focused on bringing value to his customers. Before entering into a financial arrangement with me, he gave me advice. On sales calls, he gives guidance on sales, marketing, or general operations to everyone on the phone. He has a lot of experience under his belt and leverages that to his customers’ advantage.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When working with consultants, many people are hesitant to share everything about the exact condition of their business. My advice would be completely transparent because Miguel focuses on bringing ROI to all of his clients. Don’t leave anything out when talking with him; don’t try to hide or cover information.
