Do IT Right Consultants (DIRC) is an AI, enterprise IT, cloud and security architecture consultancy based in Jacksonville, Florida, working with clients across the United States.
We help organizations put AI to work safely, move to Azure, AWS or hybrid cloud with the cost and risk known up front, secure identity and operational technology, and connect the systems they already own. Engagements start with a fixed-price discovery and a written read-out, and nothing moves to a build until the client approves it.
Clients range from power-generation, manufacturing and multi-site operators to law firms, insurance agencies, nonprofits and small businesses. Every engagement is led by a senior architect with more than 20 years of enterprise IT leadership, and we bring in specialists from our bench when the work calls for them. Some clients keep us on as a fractional CIO or CTO.

Our Story
After 20+ years leading enterprise IT, from power plants to national multi-site operations, our founder saw most projects fail before work began: a guessed estimate, an unmapped dependency, too much access. So every engagement starts with a fixed-price discovery and a written read-out, and nothing moves to a build until you approve it. A senior architect leads every engagement, with specialists from our bench brought in when the work calls for them.
