Please describe your company and your position there.

Smart Telecom is a leader in Telecom subscription sales in Tamilnadu. We have our offices in Kerala and Karnataka. We handle the sales of all B2B & B2C products of a leading telecom provider in India. I am the Founder/Managing Director of Smart Telecom

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire DNeers, and what were your goals?

We have about 200 sales and collection agents across 3 states. Our biggest challenge was to track the resources and manage their performance. We approached DNeers with a goal of managing: 1.Employee Attendance 2.Live GPS Tracking 3.Performance Managment 4.Customer Service 5.Incentive Management 6.Accounts Allocation/Management

How did you select DNeers and what were the deciding factors?

DNeers built and operated a website and they performed very well in digital marketing. With that as a precursor we chose DNeers to develop this web and mobile application for us.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We intended to build a web application couple with a mobile application. The web application will serve as a feeder unit for our operations team that is in office. The data fed will be allocated to agents that are on the field across three states. Key Deliverables - Manage the sales and collections of accounts. Technology - Android Mobile Application on Android Studio and Web Application on PHP/LARAVEL

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Seven people worked with us from DNeers team: Business Analyst - 1 Project Manager -1 Android Developers - 2 Web App Developers - 2 Tester - 1

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started off with a POC. The idea of the POC is to test the capabilities of DNeers team in delivering the application. They build a database management system in which we will be uploading hundreds of thousands of customer data which will be sorted as per pin code and allocated to the agent handling the particular pin code. This was done successfully and went operational. We then added features like live employee GPS tracking, KPI Management and Reporting etc in the Phase 2 and Phase 3.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

If I have to point at one thing that led to the successful delivery of this project is communication. They used a tool called Podio in which our team communicated with their. They built processes and documents to address each phase of the project. ALso provided face to face meeting and virtual meetings to discuss the processes and progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication and ability to understand our business challenges then suggest and build solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing specific however if they had multiple offices in different locations that could have been of help for us.
