I’m the senior technical director of an emerging ICT and home automation company.

For what projects/services did your company hire DMariAli Designs?

Most of our customers are based in Trinidad and Tobago, and we felt like we needed to capture a wider pool of customers to establish ourselves as a key player in the home automation market. We made the decision to take our business online but needed outside expertise for designing and maintaining our website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal for this project was to create a platform where our customers could find vital information on the technologies we provide and be able to share said information with their peers.

How did you select this vendor?

We had about three possible vendors, but then DMariAli  Designs was recommended by a friend. When I reviewed their work, I was pleased with their quality and decided to go with them based on their cost and ability to meet my deadline.

DMariAli Designs designed, developed, configured, and launched a WordPress CMS for us.

What was the team composition?

I only dealt with one individual, which I greatly appreciated as it prevented miscommunications.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We’re now able to get requests for orders online, therefore, increasing our overall sales. The website has also simplified our workflow and helps us meet our main goal of increasing market awareness for our business.

Because we only dealt with one person, the process was simple yet effective and impressive.

Their excellent customer service and unsurpassed efficiency stood out.
