Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Controller/VP of our company, which sells fabricating machinery, parts and service for fabricating machines.

For what projects/services did your company hire DL & Associates, LLC?

We hired DL and Associates to transfer our data from multiple Sage companies and bring all the companies together as one. We also had them do a historical file of our invoicing for the past 3 years.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to get our data transferred to QB and help with how to use quickbooks.

How did you select DL & Associates, LLC?

I found DL Associates through the internet after trying to work with a competitor of theirs that wanted to charge more than double the price, we ended up paying with DL. In addition, the other company was not listing to what we needed, where DL took the time to understand what we needed and to provide the solution.

Describe the project in detail.

DL had to take information from 2 different data bases and put the 2 together for one file. As they started working on this, we found that we needed to add some information to one of the data bases that was contained in the other one, as both data bases had information that needed to be combined, such as tax codes and terms.

What was the team composition?

We are a small company, so we really did not have the resources to have multiple employees involved with this. Therefore, it was myself working with DL and then working with my employees, except for basic training of how to use quickbooks.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed in a very timely manner with the help of the DL consultant that was assigned to our scope of work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

This was not applicable

What did you find most impressive about this company?

One thing that impressed us most is that they didn't treat us like a number or put us off. Any emails were answered within the same day and I was able to always able to speak with either David the owner or my consultant.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No improvements I found necessary
