At Diversity Focus, our purpose is to create a world that is racially equitable with respect to diversity and inclusion.

Diversity Focus was established in 2017 as a social enterprise with the vision to inspire workplace diversity and inclusion as one of the only Australian-based diversity companies made up of an entirely multicultural team. We are proud to preach what we practice. Our work is informed by a research evidence-based and lived experience of understanding, engaging with, and leveraging the benefits of diversity.

We pride ourselves on providing a sustainable approach to workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion through a total company approach. We achieve this by not only upskilling through the provision of workplace training options but also through research to identify strengths and gaps and through the provision of executive consulting to develop inclusive leadership practices at senior levels of the organization.
