Diversity Advice Consultants is an Austin, Texas-based consulting firm that provides sexual harassment prevention and anti-discrimination to businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions.  Our philosophy is that organizations that have effective sexual harassment prevention and anti-discrimination policies and procedures have the foundation of a culture that values diversity and inclusion.

Our consultants each have more than twenty years of experience investigating discrimination complaints, developing and delivering sexual harassment prevention, diversity, and workplace conduct training, and/or creating and reviewing human resources policies and procedures. Although our company is based in Austin, Texas, our consultants are located throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico.
