DitchNow is a Netherlands-based software and AI engineering partner for founders, startups, and small businesses that need senior technical ownership without hiring a full in-house team. Our approach is AI-assisted but engineering-led. We use coding agents and automation to improve delivery efficiency while keeping requirements, tasks, reviews, and releases accountable. Generating code is not the same as shipping a dependable product. One example is Gillnet(gillnet.ai). We helped evolve a recruitment sourcing workflow from n8n automations and a Slack interface into an application with a dedicated backend and multi-tenant product architecture. The project illustrates how we move from validating a workflow to building software that can support a growing business.
DitchNow is founder-led and based in the Netherlands. We work remotely and with local clients, adapting each engagement to its stage, budget, and commercial objectives.
