We selected Disrupt Minds on basis of recommendation from one of our partners and the most decisive factors while choosing them is their effective case studies, feedbacks and ability to deliver as committed.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. from there our dedicated project manager committed us a date of delivery for initial mockups and wireframes for our company website. As per our requirements, we notify them initially to make this website on custom and not to go with any of the CMS.
Website is mainly built on html, css, js and php. Also, they provided us with their content writing services and updated the content accordingly to reflect our company's services and created a landing page that mainly focuses on conversion with a highly optimized assets included and having a no-time loading speed.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our dedicated project manager was assigned to our project, and he was the only point of contact while our project was in development phase. We don't need to know how many resources they had dedicated to our project as far as the deliveries were seem quite smooth.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
As per their commitment while we initially contacted them, they claimed to deliver highly effective user experience design that helps our business in more conversions specially on landing pages that we run marketing on. Their Marketing team used heat maps to track which sections, CTA's are performing best as possible and made their decisions accordingly. These guys are not so old in the market as I know but have a Giant Vision and solid team around.

Mainly communication was done via emails on scheduled deadlines. In few cases when we require iterations in design, they had connected us via google meet and noted down the resolution points.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They delivered viable solutions on time and at a reasonable price. Their moto aligned with their vision.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Few iterations need to be made during the project, but it seems quite usual to us when you're in development phase or designing something new for a client, these changes are seeming normal.
