Dipilato Automations Inc.

My name is Jon DiPilato, founder of DiPilato Automations Inc, an AI automation company based in Worcester County, Massachusetts. I started the company in 2024 and build every system personally with a small team.

Four things we do: AI automation systems (lead follow-up, estimate capture, job booking, lead reactivation, back-office workflows); a 24/7 AI receptionist that answers calls, texts back missed calls and emails a summary; custom websites for local service businesses, live in 5 days; and AI team training. Our AI Operator Foundations course is listed in the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express directory (record C-15991), so eligible companies can be reimbursed.

Everything is built in code (TypeScript, AI agents, Twilio) and owned by the client. No drag-and-drop platforms and no rented subscription to someone else's tool.

Who I work with: plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, landscapers, general contractors, powerwashers, churches, retail shops and small office teams. Named clients include Bible Way Baptist Church, Logan Maintenance SVS, A Shower of Roses, Donovan Farms, Sarge's Powerwashing and GOSPA Statuary.

Every package has a written scope and real prices before work starts. No guaranteed jobs, revenue or rankings. Local clients are in Worcester, Shrewsbury, Westborough, Holden and the surrounding towns; remote clients are anywhere in the United States. Mailing address: 11 Apex Dr Ste 300A, Marlborough, MA (correspondence only; meetings are by appointment).
