Final website online.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management was slightly problematic in the process, as we where unaware that a different person was in charge of that than originally announced. We did not receive proactive communications regarding milestones and deadlines, which made the project more hectic towards the end. They did however always respond swiftly and in a constructive manner, so that we could more or less keep the original deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their supplier, who we worked with, Blueray, provided us with fast and high quality work and responded always swiftly and in a constructive manner. Their client management team is very solution-oriented and reasonable in resolving conflicts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Natives could have done differently?

Better communications: the project manager should guard the process and timings, in order to keep them. We would have wished for a more omnipresent PM that really behaves like the Project Owner, who knows about everything that is going on and puts pressure on us as well, with regards to delivering assets, providing feedback, etc.
