I’m the founder of a sustainable lifestyle solutions company, EcoRight Bags. We create products that help consumers live a more eco-friendly life.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digiwagon Technologies?

We wanted to develop an online presence for our brand through our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digiwagon was responsible for building our website. The team developed the website on WordPress with a bluCommerce platform. We operate internationally, so the team implemented custom products, pricing, and shipping for different countries across one platform, rather than having different sites for different markets.

Currently, Digiwagon is building out more capabilities for the site and giving us direction for our rebrand. 

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with between two and four people throughout the engagement.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $10,000 – $50,000 so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement began in February 2018, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of Digiwagon’s work is very high. Anyone who searches for us is able to find our site easily and have a pleasant experience navigating it. 

Some of our business requirements were very difficult to fulfill initially, as they were quite customized. However, Digiwagon was very conscientious about finding a solution, and they never stopped working to achieve what we wanted.

The team was engaged with our project from the start, taking the time to understand exactly our needs and goals before they even began. Digiwagon was as invested in the project as we were and acted more as a partner than just a vendor.

How did Digiwagon Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had different modes of communication throughout the years. We started with Skype calls, then added phone calls as well. Now, we’re using their internal system, which allows us to see stages of tasks and who is working on them in real-time. If we have an issue, we can raise it within the system, and it’s automatically assigned to the person who’s working on it. It’s a very efficient system, and has minimized the back-and-forth communication between our teams.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There’s a high level of trust and transparency in Digiwagon’s work, a quality that’s kept us working with them for years. It’s their key strength, and it allows us to trust them with our site completely.

If there’s ever a technical challenge, the team never tells us it can’t be done — instead, they work diligently on finding a way to make it happen. More often than not, they do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had initial concerns about not having enough designers on the team, but over the last year or so, their UI capabilities have become much stronger.
