I’m the global head of data analytics and AI solutions at Visa Inc., a leading global payment system.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Digitum to accomplish for Visa Inc’s Data Analytics and AI solutions?

We needed support with our loyalty program. We hired Digitum to design an intuitive and premium UX/UI for our web application, deliver a scalable web application, streamline loyalty program management, provide technical and customer support, and provide dashboards and data preparation for data analytics.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digitum designed and delivered a mobile-adaptive, standalone web platform tailored to affluent clients, covering UX/UI, front-end and back-end development, and performance optimization. The team also provided Power BI automation and a staff incentive platform.

We worked with 6–10 teammates from Digitum.

We worked together from May to January 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Digitum delivered a premium loyalty platform that met all our initial requirements. The platform significantly streamlined loyalty program management and directly contributed to higher engagement and redemption. Thanks to Digitum’s technical execution and ongoing support, the program redemption rate exceeded our initial targets. We also saw improved app ratings in the App Store and Android Market and an increase in daily active users (DAU) and monthly active users (MAU).

How did Digitum perform from a project management standpoint?

Digitum delivered high-quality, well-structured, and scalable solutions. The platform met all technical and UX requirements and performed reliably under real-world usage. The team delivered all milestones on time. Digitum maintained clear planning and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Digitum provided excellent value for money. The outcomes, particularly the redemption uplift, justified the investment.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Digitum to improve.

The software was succesfuly transfered to the new database (ClickHouse), which alloiud to increase the speed of calculations for our customers in 3,6 times.

As well- as reduce the numbers of servers which we need for our software allocations- from 12 to 8.

Additional features have been developed-sucg is building the new target audience base on the analysys of OTT user's OS using AI model (Geminy), geotargeting of OTT users , etc

reduces time for parcing 2,3 times, increasing speed (reduce time spent) of calculations for different reports- 3,2 times.
