Who We Are
Digitek Logistics Services (DLS), your no-nonsense logistics partner, is a young and dynamic logistics provider built on a solid foundation of experience. The company traces its roots back to the logistics operations of Digitek Computer Products B.V., which has been active since 2001. In 2023, DLS was officially established to expand the business and meet the growing demand for specialized logistics services for companies looking to distribute their products into Europe via the Netherlands as a gateway.
What We Have To Offer
Our warehouse is 9,500 m² with a ceiling height of 7 to 11 meters, has nine loading docks, has a capacity to house 6,500 pallet positions, and 1,500 shelving positions. Our dedicated team includes an operations manager, a supervisor, two to three warehouse staff, and dedicated finance and IT support. As a Warehouse Management System (WMS) we use Odoo, which offers a wide range of extensive integration options to platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon.
Our Focus and Approach
Our main focus is on third-party logistics (3PL) services, such as cross-docking, fulfilment, customs management and transportation management. Value-added services such as re-labelling, re-works, returns handling, and WMS integration are part of the offering, along with sea and air freight management, bulk pallet-in/out operations, and logistics solutions for retail non-DG products, medical devices, and high-tech goods. We are targeting key sectors such as retail, e-commerce, healthcare and non-pharmaceutical medical devices, as well as high-tech and high-care industries. DLS’s superpower is our high level of flexibility, exceptional service, and continuous improvement. Strong IT integration and detailed KPI tracking—covering order and picking accuracy, inventory reliability, on-time delivery, and profitability—ensure optimal performance and clear visibility for our clients.
