RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We focused on clear, measurable outcomes tied to visibility, engagement, and conversions rather than vague claims. After working with DigiTec Studio, we saw a steady increase in organic traffic, with website visits growing by roughly 40%–55% within the first few months after launch. More importantly, the quality of traffic improved. Form submissions and direct inquiries increased by about 25%–35%, indicating that the content and messaging were reaching the right audience.
Engagement metrics also moved in the right direction. Average session duration improved by around 20%–30%, suggesting users were spending more time exploring the site, while bounce rate decreased by approximately 15%–20% on key pages. Pages that were restructured or newly created performed noticeably better in terms of user interaction.
In addition, several targeted keywords began ranking on the first and second pages of search results, which contributed to sustained traffic growth over time. While there is still room to expand further, the progress was consistent and aligned with the goals we set at the start of the project.
After the website updates, the most noticeable increase came from direct contact form submissions, especially from individuals seeking assistance, volunteer opportunities, and partnership inquiries. The “Get Help” and “Contact Us” forms saw a clear rise in qualified submissions, with more detailed and relevant messages compared to before.
There was also a meaningful uptick in inquiries related to donations and community support, including requests from local organizations and individuals looking to contribute resources or collaborate. In addition, email inquiries increased, often referencing specific pages on the site, which suggests visitors were engaging more deeply with the content before reaching out.
Overall, the growth wasn’t just in volume but in quality. The inquiries were more aligned with our mission, indicating that the updated content and structure helped attract the right audience and guide them toward taking action.
We also tracked changes following the increase in inquiries, and there was a clear positive impact on both donations and volunteer sign-ups. After the website updates, completed donation actions increased, particularly through the online donation form. We saw more consistent monthly contributions as well as a rise in one-time donations, which aligned with the improved clarity and messaging on the site.
Volunteer sign-ups also grew at a steady pace. More individuals used the dedicated volunteer form, and the quality of applicants improved, with people showing a better understanding of our mission and the type of support we provide. Many of these sign-ups referenced specific pages on the website, suggesting that the updated content helped guide them toward taking action.
While the increases were gradual rather than sudden spikes, the trend was consistent over time, indicating that the improvements in content and user experience played a meaningful role in converting interest into real engagement.
How did DigiTec Studio perform from a project management standpoint?
DigiTec Studio’s project management was organized, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the engagement. They set clear timelines at the start, broke the project into manageable phases, and kept us updated on progress with regular check-ins.
Most deliverables were completed on time, and when there were minor delays, they communicated them in advance and explained the reasons clearly. They were also flexible when we requested changes or provided additional input, adjusting timelines without disrupting the overall flow of the project. Overall, they stayed on schedule, met expectations, and maintained consistent communication, which made the entire process smooth and predictable.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What stood out about DigiTec Studio was their ability to translate our mission into clear, purposeful messaging without losing the human element behind it. They took the time to understand what Our Fallen Homeless Heroes represents and reflected that in both the structure and tone of the website.
Their attention to detail was also impressive. From content clarity to user flow, everything felt intentional and aligned with our goals of increasing engagement and trust. They didn’t just deliver what we asked; they offered practical suggestions based on their experience, which improved the final outcome.
Another strong point was their responsiveness and willingness to collaborate. They were open to feedback, quick to make adjustments, and maintained consistent communication throughout the project, which made the process smooth and productive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, the experience was positive, but there were a few areas where DigiTec Studio could have improved. At times, providing more detailed progress updates or clearer timelines for specific revisions would have helped us stay even more aligned during certain phases of the project.
Additionally, a bit more proactive guidance early on around content priorities and user flow could have streamlined some back-and-forth during revisions. That said, whenever feedback was shared, they were quick to respond and make the necessary adjustments.
These were relatively minor points, and they did not impact the overall outcome, but addressing them would make an already solid process even more efficient.
