I’m the director of a home furnishing brand. We manufacture and market mattresses, latex, and organic pillows.

We were busy and had limited knowledge about how website development and ERP work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digitalcubez has designed and developed our website and created an ERP solution to manage stock and inventory at our warehouse. The team has handled the entire process, from consultation to design, development, and launch.

We found them through a client referral. We chose them because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, and offered good value for the cost.

So far, we’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Digitalcubez has quickly revised the progress and feedback and implemented technical issues in the ERP system as use cases. Before the ERP system, our whole operation was on Excel and email. Now, we have different roles and can track tasks. We can also manage inventory for selling and distributing to retailers more efficiently. We can log in to the ERP system from anywhere and have all the data centralized.
We no longer have overselling and have quick dispatches according to retailer locations. The roles and permissions have helped us give specific access to the staff according to what they can see and edit. In the manual ERP system, the update wasn’t in real-time, and we had to collaborate data from various sources like email and WhatsApp.
Sometimes, the master sheet wasn’t available, and we couldn’t let the staff access it because they could see other confidential information. Now, we save 80% of the time we used to spend on inventory management and order processing.

How did Digitalcubez perform from a project management standpoint?

We always have milestones set. There have been some feedback delays on our end, but whenever we request changes, they’re always ready to implement them. We communicate via in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their knowledge is impressive. When we tell them about our problems and the specific features we want, they tell us the pros and cons and give us alternatives. They’re aware of what happens later due to scaling, so we’re ready with certain features before even using them in the initial months.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m satisfied with how the project has turned out. I’d 100% recommend them to others. We’re still working with them under retainer for maintenance and updates.
