She built this practice because she watched too many organizations hand that decision to a vendor. She works with leaders at professional services firms, education providers, nonprofits, federal contractors, and healthcare-adjacent organizations, helping them build an AI strategy grounded in their own values before vendors, internal pressure, or reactive decisions make the choice for them.
