I'm the MD of GreenCo and I've been working here for the last 1.5+ years.

We wanted to get a website for our company which used all the modern technology and we also wanted SEO for the website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to have a landing spot for our potential customers to increase sales, create brand awareness and generate more revenue.

We found them through a friend's reference that we trust and who had worked with The Digital Soda.

The scope of work included creating a website that was responsive, had fast speed, and could be managed easily by a non-technical person. Also, it included doing on-page SEO and link building for our website.

What was the team composition?

There were single point of contacts from both ends. It was me from GreenCo and the Digital Marketing Manager from The Digital Soda who collaborated with the rest of the teams.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a 45% increase in telephonic inquiries. Also our website traffic increased 69% in the 5th month compared to the 1st month.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was smooth and efficient. The workflow was easy to understand and customize considering the changing goals and progress. We also received consultation and other options that we could choose from.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The Digital Soda has impressive and in-depth understanding of digital marketing. These guys know exactly what they're doing and what their clients want. They're also very professional and persistent. They don't make false promises and instead make commitments that are practical. They are smart and creative, and gave us no chance to complain.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since this was our first Digital Marketing project, we were more than satisfied.
