I am the owner of NT Heating and Plumbing. We currently have three employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Sales?

I wanted to get more clients, get my company out there, and be ahead of the game, as in getting quicker leads to jobs than the other companies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

From start to finish, they designed the website and created very good blog posts which described my business and team members.

I worked with one person, which was good. Having one contact made it all straightforward and free-flowing.

I saw them on LinkedIn and a colleague recommended them to me. I chose them because they had an all-around startup package to offer me and the cost was considerably lower than the others.

We have spent less than $10,000.

We began working with them in January 2016 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I am very satisfied. We initially had one to three leads a week, and within six months of working with Digital Sales, I was getting over 20 per week. They got me on the first page of Google very quickly and took my company from a three-star rating to a 10-star rating. They have been excellent.

How did Digital Sales perform from a project management standpoint?

I am thoroughly satisfied and I highly recommend them. They have provided excellent service and are very easy to deal with. We met face to face once a week, and we would email back and forth most days or have a phone call.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The leads I got in such a short time is unbelievable. The results I received are way above what I expected and really set them apart from others.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I am very happy with the way they dealt with everything. It has been great, and I can’t fault them on anything.

We needed a partner to develop a content blog to help us engage Heads of Technology Management.

Digital Sales delivered a really good Blog site with Wordpress as the CMS.

The project has been successful. We have 10 articles, have had 7,000 plus views on Linked-in and the organisation is delighted with the blog.
