Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Digital Reality had first created our online system where we log our client sessions and also other important deliverables that we submit twice a year for our funding grants. It is a system where all counsellors are able to track their sessions, track group sessions and all other centre activities as well. We are also able to draw data from the system to support our work (eg age population, highest referring issue etc). 

With newer deliverables and changing tech, we wanted to upgrade the entire system for it to be able to do more so that we can transition fully to online system instead of needing hard copy records and files. Digital Reality helped us revamp the system according to our needs and we are now able to remove the need for hard copy files as all our forms and notes have been transitioned to the online system.

Digital Reality was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, taking our meetings whenever we needed more clarifications. They were also super prompt in their responses not just during the development phase but also beyond that in the after care phase when we needed more guidance to work the system effectively
