I am the CEO and founder of a new moible app called the PamperClub App

We hired Digital One Agency for the development of our mobile app, its website, socials, marketing, consultation and we are ongoing using their professional services as they are continuing to engage with us in growing our company.

I did extensive research into the Australian Digital Marketing and development. After looking into Digital One Agency's social presence, their website, viewing their past and current projects they have engaged with, i was very impressed with their presence and the review on their business conduct and professionalism.

We engaged in many meetings, after they agreed the concept of the app was a great idea. They project managed and developed the app, set up its social presence, the website. They were completely and professionally invested in the app from its very beginnings to it's launch and now it's ongoing marketing with excellence.

I interacted with the project managers and their team all the time, everyone thoroughly engaged in the project and knew where it was going at all times...

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 12months our app was launched along with it's socials, website, press releases, copy right. We have a tremendous amount of traffic engaging with our app from the very moment it launched.

Their communication is gold standard. We can not fault them at all, they were constantly engaging and updating us through meetings, emails, consulting with us on graphics designs they made the process easy to understand and shared the same eagerness as we to get this project correct from the get go.. If there was ever going to be delay, it was slight and they managed it perfectly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This was our very first mobile app development they made it very easy to understand. Digital One Agency walks us through every bit of the process. They answered every question we had, and we had many questions. They explained the operations of the app the background and the ongoing management of the app with absolute ease and immense patience. They are such a professional team and we would have absolutely no hesitation in working with them again. In fact, they are the only company we will work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No not at all.
